DIFUSIE is a premium digital publication focusing on film, music, sports, TV series, travel, food, drink, luxury goods, and exclusive high-fashion photography.

  • Explicit Content: You expressly acknowledge that our e-magazines and certain areas of our Site contain artistic and explicit photographic content, including nudity, intended for a mature audience.
  • No Minors: You agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that minors do not access our content through your account or devices.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Our Content: All content published on the Site and within the DIFUSIE e-magazines, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of DIFUSIE or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • Exclusive Models: The models featured in our publications work exclusively with DIFUSIE. The imagery is unique, copyrighted work.
  • Limited License: Upon a valid purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and view the e-magazine for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Restrictions: You agree NOT to:
    • Copy, redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the digital content.
    • Share your account login details with others.
    • Modify, publicly display, or use any content for commercial purposes.
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site or content.

4. Fees, Payment, and Third-Party Processors

  • Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase of our e-magazines or subscriptions at the rates in effect when the charges are incurred.
  • Third-Party Payment Processor: All payments for purchases made directly on our Site are processed by PayPal. You agree to comply with PayPal’s Terms of Service. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
  • Partner Platform: Sales are also facilitated through our partner, Patreon Inc. Purchases made on Patreon are subject to both these Terms and Patreon’s Terms of Use.
  • No Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except as required by law.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
