- Click the “Register” or “Sign Up” link at the top right of our website.
- You will need to provide your email address, create a secure password, and provide your first and last name, address, and country.
- You must confirm that you are of legal age to view adult content in your country.

- Log in to your DIFUSIE account and check the “My Library” or “Purchase History” section. Your magazine may already be there.
- If not, please contact us at [support@difusie.com] with your full name and the transaction ID from PayPal/Patreon.

What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our e-magazines, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. We provide extensive previews and descriptions to ensure you know what you are purchasing before you buy. We will, however, review any exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

- Navigate to the “My Library” or “My Magazines” section (this is in the protected member area).
- You will see a list of all your purchased issues. Click the “Download” button next to the issue you want. The file is typically a high-quality PDF.

- Ensure your internet connection is stable.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Try using a different web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari).

Please log in to your account and go to the “My Library” section. Download links there are permanent. If the link in your confirmation email is broken, the one in your library will always work. If you still have trouble, contact us.
