THE CLAUS CAUSE: NO COAL, JUST PURE, UNADULTERATED HEAT

DESCRIPTION:

Forget the milk and cookies. This year, Santa’s workshop is pumping out something far more intoxicating. DIFUSIE Magazine returns with a festive gut-punch in Issue 017: “The Claus Cause: No Coal, Just Pure, Unadulterated Heat.” This isn’t a holiday special; it’s a hostile takeover of tradition, a raw and riotous assembly in the DIFUSIE Hollywood studio where eight of the most provocative male forces—Trip Hasard, Emillio Barzini, the explosive debutants Malik Vogov and Hector Valverde, Duke Savage, Jett Black, Mark Rock, and the incendiary Marat Casapin—deliver a collective, unapologetic manifesto of hunger, stripped bare.

The brief was simple: dismantle the icon. Styled by Dusan Nikola Ripley in nothing but the shredded, open remnants of the classic Santa suit, the models are revelations, not reverent. The red velvet and white fur serve not as concealment but as a frame—a blasphemous highlight for the raw, monumental male form beneath. This is a display of pure, unvarnished physical truth, with every powerful, intimate detail—their formidable presence the undeniable focal point—left exposed in the stark studio light. The costume is a prop; their anatomy is the art.

Under the searing, clinical gaze of Indira Samrat’s lighting and through the fearless lenses of Yuri Sokolov and Elena van Gallen, the imagery is a direct, brutal provocation. Andy Draper’s set is a deconstructed winter dreamscape—a battlefield of torn wrapping and shattered ornaments—serving as the perfect stage for this carnal rebellion. The effects teams of Mira Trocky and Leonardo van de Schtender layer on a visceral sheen, amplifying the palpable, electric charge of unrestrained virility in the room.

The interviews, a fiery duet conducted by Elena Volk and the ever-incendiary Marat Casapin, bypass all seasonal sentiment. They dive headfirst into the psyche of the “horny bastard”—interrogating the power of unfiltered desire, the liberation in festive defiance, and the raw, biological confidence that thrives when all societal wrapping is torn away. This is about what’s really on display when the suit comes off.

DIFUSIE 017: The Claus Cause. We’re not checking the list twice. We’re burning it. This is the only holiday card that doesn’t wish you well—it shows you exactly what well-wishing is made of.
